We’re delighted to have hit another milestone in that journey by expanding our network’s footprint to over 100,000 homes and businesses across the region.
We’re proud to connect areas that the largest broadband providers have overlooked, and we’ve invested hundreds of millions into building our full-fibre infrastructure in rural villages and market towns. As a local company, our customers are at the heart of what we do and we strive to put them first and foremost. It’s these actions that have seen us connect more than 21,000 homes to our network and our Trustpilot score soar to Excellent with 4.8 stars.

Over the last 2 years, we’ve invested significantly into our home city of Bath, expanding the network to villages such as Batheaston, Bathampton and Bathford. We’ve also extended our coverage further into rural villages and market towns across Somerset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. In parallel, while our network continues to grow, we’ve also been focussed on increasing our customer base and the take-up rate has grown to over 33% within 3 years.
