We’re a community-focused broadband provider – one that lives in, and loves, the areas we connect across the South West.
Here at Truespeed, supporting local communities is in our DNA. We were founded with the belief that, when it comes to connectivity, no community should be left behind. That’s why our community-focussed ethos has always been at the heart of how we do things.
While other providers are abandoning communities, we’re investing in their futures and ensuring they remain great places to live for generations to come. But this doesn’t just mean investing in their infrastructure and providing them with long-lasting, full-fibre network.
It means connecting local primary schools and community hubs completely free of charge, supporting local causes, projects and initiatives to reach new heights and dream big, and always looking for new ways we can support the communities both our customers and colleagues call home.
From Portishead to Bath, to Thornbury, Glastonbury, and just about everywhere in between, we’ve so far invested almost £134m into areas all over the South West as we build and expand our full-fibre network.
We also work closely with each area we connect – meeting council members, residents, and other representatives – to make sure everyone can benefit from our brand-new infrastructure for generations to come.
We believe everyone has the right to ultrafast, reliable broadband, which is why we provide free, full-fibre connectivity to primary schools and community hubs in every single area that’s passed by our network.
To truly be part of the communities we call home, we set out to support local community-run clubs, causes, projects and initiatives in every area we connect in any we can. From paying for new pieces of kit to helping maintain facilities, our support helps numerous community-run clubs to look to the future and dream big.
We love meeting new faces and discovering what makes each community we connect really tick. And what better way to do so than hosting events that bring entire communities together and help local businesses to thrive.
