About the Role:
As our Installations Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our field teams, customers, and internal departments – ensuring telecoms installations are scheduled efficiently and completed to the highest standard. You’ll manage appointments, allocate resources, and provide support throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule installation appointments with customers and field engineers
Liaise with internal teams to ensure all pre-installation checks and requirements are completed
Monitor engineer availability and workloads to optimise efficiency
Provide clear and timely communication to customers regarding their installations
Track progress of works, updating systems and stakeholders accordingly
Assist with resolving scheduling conflicts or customer issues proactively
Maintain accurate records and reports related to installations and customer interactions
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, or administrative role (telecoms or utilities preferred)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Confident using scheduling systems, CRM software, Teams, and Microsoft Office tools
A customer-first mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude
Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bonus if you have:
Experience working with telecoms installation teams or service providers
Knowledge of fibre broadband infrastructure and terminology
Working knowledge of Fastfield, Monday.com and Skedulo computer
systems or equivalent
