Delivering some of the fastest broadband speeds in the world, Truespeed quite literally has innovation at its core. Designed with the future in mind, our 10Gbps capable network is bringing the South West’s businesses and residents out of the digital slow lane and into the ultrafast era. There’s a lot that goes into building a network of this stature, and we’re thrilled to be finalists for two awards at Connected Britain 2021.

Building Full Fibre Networks

Bringing full-fibre connectivity to some of the region’s most notoriously difficult to connect cities and rural areas, Truespeed deploys a multitude of techniques to connect customers to ultrafast broadband. Using specialist equipment and engineering techniques, Truespeed goes where other providers refuse. We’re determined to bring the modern-day necessity of full-fibre broadband to those struggling with poor connectivity. We firmly believe that broadband is a right, not a privilege depending on your postcode.

We’re incredibly proud that the judges have recognised our determination to build a brand-new network in challenging areas. Our team works tirelessly to deliver the network that is genuinely helping people in their daily lives. Being a finalist for the ‘Project Rollout’ and ‘Full Fibre ISP Innovation’ awards is a huge testament to the service that is changing the way people live and work across the South West.

Putting Customers First

We’re thrilled our efforts to provide an unparalleled experience for our customers has been recognised by the judges. Evolving our product set to include four brand new full-fibre packages with a variety of prices and speeds, has allowed more customers to benefit from ultrafast broadband than ever before.

“From our customer service to the ultrafast broadband we deliver, we’re passionate about delivering something truly spectacular for all our customers. Being shortlisted for two awards at Connected Britain shows just how far we’ve come on our Truespeed journey and I’m incredibly proud of the whole team who have helped make it happen.”
