Switching to truly better broadband is easier than you may think. There’s just 3 simple steps to getting better broadband!
Once you’ve checked your postcode to make sure we’re in your area, choose the speed that’s right for you from our four packages. You’ll also have the option to add a landline and additional Mesh Wi-Fi nodes to your order.
You can do it all online, or you can give us a call on 01225 300370 to go through everything if you’d rather.
Next, you’ll be asked to book a preliminary installation date. The installation usually takes less than an hour to complete. We’ll call to confirm your installation once your order has been processed. You can find out more about the installation process here.
Then simply set up a direct debit and place your order. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged until we connect you, and you will always be notified before any payment is taken.
Once you’ve been installed and everything is working as it should, you can let your existing supplier know you’re leaving them for someone better.
We do it that way so you’re never without a working broadband and Wi-Fi connection.
From newly connected towns and villages to harder-to-reach properties it took us a while to reach, we’re adding new addresses to our network all the time. So if you’re near an area we serve, it’s worth registering for updates. We’ll let you know as soon as we’re able to offer you an installation.
