Switching to Truespeed
Switching to truly better broadband is easier than you may think. There’s just 3 simple steps to getting better broadband!
Step 1
Join us
Once you’ve checked your postcode to make sure we’re in your area, choose the speed that’s right for you from our four packages. You’ll also have the option to add a landline and additional Mesh Wi-Fi nodes when you order, or you can add them later instead – no problem!
You can do it all online, or you can give us a call on 01225 300370 to go through everything if you’d rather.
Step 2
Book your switch date
Next, you’ll be asked to book a preliminary installation date. The installation usually takes less than an hour to complete. We’ll call to confirm your installation once your order has been processed, and if you like we can use the new One-Touch-Switch process to cancel your old contract for you at this time.

Then simply set up a direct debit and complete your order. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged until we connect you, and you will always be notified before any payment is taken. You have a full 30 days after you have been connected to change your mind if you’re not totally happy.
Step 3
Contact your existing supplier
Once you’ve been installed and everything is working as it should, then if we haven’t managed your switch for you already, you can let your existing supplier know you’re leaving them for someone better.
We do it that way so you’re never without a working broadband and Wi-Fi connection.

How to switch if we’re not yet in your area
From newly connected towns and villages to harder-to-reach properties it took us a while to reach, we’re adding new addresses to our network all the time. So if you’re near an area we serve, it’s worth registering for updates. We’ll let you know as soon as we’re able to offer you an installation.
Or, you can keep an eye on our postcode checker which will tell you if your property is already on our network or if we plan to add it in the next three months. If this is you, you can still place a pre-order, with no payment details and no commitment. Then we’ll call you as soon as we can book an installation for you.
